Home Energy Elite ("we," "us," or "our") provides home energy services, including solar installation, HVAC, insulation, and energy audits, and operates a quote-request service that connects consumers with solar and home-improvement companies. When you submit a quote request, we may share your information with one or more marketing partners, who may contact you directly about their products and services. No Guarantee of Service or Pricing

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, qualify for any product or service, or receive any particular price, savings, or financing terms. Any estimates of energy savings are illustrative only and depend on factors outside our control, including your energy usage, utility rates, roof condition, and local regulations. All quotes, products, and services provided by our partners are the sole responsibility of those partners.

Consent to Be Contacted

Where you have provided consent on a form, you agree to be contacted by us and our marketing partners as described in that consent and in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us at (833) 435-4832.

Indemnification

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
